Create holographic designs with this magical pen
Apply it over a light color to create a light holographic finish or a dark color to create a deep silver holographic finish.
How to use:
1. Apply base , and 1 coat of your color.
2. Apply our no wipe top coat and cure for 30 seconds
3. Rub the pen all over the nail. Dip the pen back into the cap to retrieve more powder as needed.
4. Seal the nail including free edge and cure for 30-60 seconds
