Cruella is a matte black pigment. She can be mixed with any color to make a lighter version. She can also be applied into tacky layers to create a stunning, effortless baby boomer (aka French ombré).

TIP: Magpie GET FOILED applied over a French pink color creates a perfect tacky layer for a flawless finish. OR! Apply over Velvet Top for a seamless fade.
