APPLICATION :
• Compatible with all nail enhancement systems.
• Apply our Dulce Base, cure for 30 secs in LED follow with one or 2 coats of color. Be sure to cure in between coats for 30 seconds LED. Seal with our Dulce No Wipe Matte top coat and cure for 30 seconds LED.
