*Due to high pigmentation, place a drop of water on the desired color prior to using to soften the colors and gently grab the paint with your brush. Dipping the brush will lead to excess paint on the Brush.
*TIP: After water design is finished, cap with a thin layer of Dulce Base to seal and then follow with Dulce No Wipe Top Coat.
